I plan on doing a revised addition of the happiness jar challenge. For this upcoming week, at the end of the night, I want to write 10 things that made me happy for that day. Most likely I will just write them down on my phone, but I want each thing to be specific to that day so there are no repeats. I think that will challenge me a lot and also to be more mindful of my emotions and what actually makes me happy. Usually I am a pretty well balanced person, but that also means that I really don't have extremely high emotions as well as low emotions. I am generally just at an even feeling of "good". I don't feel super happy or super sad very often, usually just content. I like that, but it would also be nice to be able to keep track of the things that really make me happy, so I am excited for this challenge!
